slowly braised pork shoulder with chile ancho, grilled pineapple, chopped cilantro, grilled onions, corn tortilla

portabella mushroom braised in guajillo salsa, queso fresco, pickled shallots, corn tortilla

red cabbage, avocado salsa, crema, corn tortilla
